PRESENT PARTICIPLE

 In addition to this every verb has another form. This form which gives the pregressive sense is called

 " PRESENT PARTICIPLE" 

1. To add 'ing' to the base form of the verb (infinitive) is the method.

work - working

read - reading

2. If the infinitive ends in 'e' the 'e' is omitted and add 'ing'

use   - using

write - writing 

3. If there is a single vowel just before the last letter, the last letter is doubled.

worship - worshipping

cut - cutting
